Since last month, Paypal had officially allow Malaysian to withdraw money from Paypal (fund transfer to credit card). This should be the best gift for the coming Xmas. However, there are still some technical issue that some users find out like some credit card are not allowed.

For safety reason, I did a research about this to assure my transaction is safe. The outcome is I found from Blogging Secret and Adesblog, PublicBank Debit Card is the best solution and safe way,.

Below is the case study from Adesblog:
Try PublicBank debit card that bears a Visa Electron logo on it.

Test-withdrew $35 on Sep 29, 2007 and after 4 days it was successfully arrived in Public Bank account.
